Gaynor Bresler Managing Director Gaynor has been involved in property letting within the Tendring area since 1994, both as a landlord and an agent. Having left full time nursing in 2004, she decided to combine her practical landlording skills with her natural caring skills and in 2006 she founded Tendring Lettings.

As an experienced landlord herself, Gaynor has one main goal for Tendring Lettings: to provide her clients with the level of service that she would expect herself. Her extensive knowledge of the lettings market and love of the Tendring Peninsula make Gaynor the ideal first choice when choosing a local agent.

A keen bridge player, Gaynor is married with two grown up children.

Tracy Leary Residential Lettings Consultant Tracy is a highly capable Estate Agent who has worked for many years in residential sales and lettings within the local area. She is on hand to guide you through the whole lettings process and can advise you on all aspects - be it choosing a suitable property to let, finding a tenant or trawling through the minefield of legislation!

Since starting her career in accounting and financial management, Tracy has enjoyed a varied and accomplished career including a Directorship of a leading Swiss investment bank, owning a retail business and even running her own pub.

A self-confessed shopaholic, Tracy has held a lifelong interest in property, interior design and antiques.
