Protecting your deposit
Your deposit will be protected by law under a Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

A professionally drawn up inventory and schedule of condition will protect you from any unwarranted disputes at the end of the tenancy. Our inventory will show exactly what the property was like at the start of your tenancy. This means that if you do not agree with any deduction being made for damages at the end of the tenancy, you can clearly demonstrate why you are reasonably disputing the issue.
